Our Social Service Program focuses on the social, economic and psychological issues that affect the residents of Arlington Terrace daily. Participants seek help in applying for public assistance, rental assistance, Tax credit application assistance, and assistance with Section-8 Re-certification, Section 8 re-instatement, application for SSI/SSD or unemployment benefits, Immigration matters, family mediation, and homelessness among other social issues.

Let's Get Technical
The Computer Literacy program cross-pollinate to the Job Readiness program as well. The program is offered to young adults and adults who are interested in learning basic computer skills and personal financial Management. The program participants include residents who signed a social service contract and/or live in any of the 288 units designated by HPD.
