Outreach to tenants informing them of the opportunity for free counseling and intervention at our site. The program they choose is dependent on the relative severity of their addiction, ability, and willingness to follow through the program. Inpatient residents are referred to our strategic partner (Samaritan Day Top Village), and the outpatients are counseled at the North Shore Learning Center.
